Soccer ratings
The top leagues after the 2026 window and the World Cup, in six pools that map onto a 4-3-3. Attackers are rated on what they produced, defenders and keepers on judgement, and the Starting XI mode is the closest this game gets to actually building a team.
How these ratings are built
Strikers are rated on 2025-26 league goals and assists per 90 minutes, discounted outside the big five leagues (MLS and the Saudi league at 0.6, everywhere else 0.75) so a goal in a weaker division is not worth the same as one in the Premier League. Wingers get half that and half an editorial call, because the box score misses most of what a winger actually does. Midfielders, centre-backs, full-backs and keepers are editorial with their stat line shown, for the simple reason that goals and assists do not measure defending. A 900-minute minimum applies, and anyone under 2,200 minutes is blended back toward the editorial rating.
Every rating in this category runs on the same 40 to 99 scale the rest of the game uses. There are 375 entries here across 6 pools. In the game itself these numbers stay hidden until the verdict screen, which is the whole point of the auction; this page is the reference copy, for settling arguments after the fact.
