Off-roaders ratings
FJ40 to Defender to Raptor, plus the Unimogs, the Power Wagons and the Jimnys. Body-on-frame 4x4s and trail rigs only, so the soft crossovers people buy for the school run are drafted as daily drivers instead.
How these ratings are built
Off-roaders are rated on genuine off-road capability, judged against the other off-roaders of their own decade: traction and locking differentials, axle articulation, ground clearance, approach and departure angles, low-range gearing, and how far from a road the thing can get and still come back. A stripped, locked, solid-axle trail rig beats a luxurious soft-roader every time, regardless of which cost more. It is an editorial scale and the basis line says so; the horsepower figures shown are background, not the rating.
Every rating in this category runs on the same 40 to 99 scale the rest of the game uses. There are 160 entries here across 7 pools. In the game itself these numbers stay hidden until the verdict screen, which is the whole point of the auction; this page is the reference copy, for settling arguments after the fact.

All-time
40 in this pool, from Unimog U4023 at 99 down to Willys MB at 40.
This is the all-time pool. It takes the best of every decade and re-spreads them across the full 40-99 range among themselves, so an all-time draft has the same shape as a decade draft. That is why an entry here carries a different number from the one it has in its own decade table above.
