NFL ratings

Every NFL player in the game, position by position, on 2026 rosters after the offseason moves. Five single-position pools plus the all-time greats, so a draft can be twelve quarterbacks fighting over a budget or a full lineup where a tight end you got for $2 quietly wins you the thing.

How these ratings are built

Current players carry their Madden NFL 27 launch overall, every position including defense, because it is the one number every NFL fan has already argued about. Alongside it each player keeps his 2025 fantasy line (points per game and games played) so you can see whether the rating and last season agree. Players Madden does not list, rookies and anyone who barely played stay on an editorial rating and the basis line says so rather than pretending otherwise. The all-time pool is editorial throughout: there is no Madden rating for 1965 Jim Brown.

Every rating in this category runs on the same 40 to 99 scale the rest of the game uses. There are 467 entries here across 5 pools. In the game itself these numbers stay hidden until the verdict screen, which is the whole point of the auction; this page is the reference copy, for settling arguments after the fact.
