Cartoons ratings
Looney Tunes, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and PBS Kids. This is the one character pool that is not about power at all, which is why Bugs Bunny outranks characters who could level a city.
How these ratings are built
Cartoon characters are rated on how loved the character is and how good the show was, not on what they could do in a fight. Bugs Bunny and SpongeBob are 99s. A forgettable side character from a show nobody finished is a 40, however many episodes they appeared in. It is an editorial scale and an unapologetic one, and drafting PBS Kids against Cartoon Network is the fastest way to find out how old everyone at the table is.
Every rating in this category runs on the same 40 to 99 scale the rest of the game uses. There are 177 entries here across 4 pools. In the game itself these numbers stay hidden until the verdict screen, which is the whole point of the auction; this page is the reference copy, for settling arguments after the fact.
